The ultimate “V” track alloy speargun.
Features: High quality marine grade v-track 6060 alloy barrel anodized in black, camo 
green and camo blue. Deluxe grip and V3 trigger mechanism, 2 x 5/8” (16mm) dynema 
bridle rubbers, monofilament line, automatic line drop, line tensioner, pigtail swivel and 
grip clip. Sizes: 800, 1000, 1200, 1400.

Enlarged section shows top grade 7mm 630 grade (17/4) spring stainless steel spear shaft 
with Quad cut point and single flopper. The background image cross section shows the 
“V” track seating designed for reduced friction and a smooth silent spear release.

advanced technology and modern design, the Sea Hornet "V-Track" is much more 
than just a standard railgun

Silence - The unique design of the "V-Track" ensures silence as the spear is fired. 
Sea Hornet have incorporated new technology and ratios within the tube and "V" 
section substantially "soundproofing" the new design and deadening the inherent 
resonance created by other tubular style railguns

Speed - The Sea Hornet "V-Track" design is unique in friction reduction. The surface
area of  the "V-Track" has been reduced by 33%. Subsequently friction during spear 
release is 1/3 less than that of other, more common, tubular rail style guns 

Accuracy - The Sea Hornet "V-Track" has been precision engineered for maximum 
spear support with minimum surface contact. This results in reduced drag and 
smoother spear release ensuring improved accuracy 

Strength - The Sea Hornet "V-Track" design increases the load bearing capacity of the 
gun barrel by up to 71%. This optimises barrel straightness in the longer weapons 
required by most skilled spearos 

Lightweight - The Sea Hornet "V-Track" design offers unique benefits from super 
strong 6060 alloy and special carbonate impregnated co-polimer components. 
The result is a reduction in the overall weight of the gun and as another bonus we 
have been able to achieved nominal positive buoyancy 

Lateral Movement - The unique low profile section results in less water 
displacement when moving the gun sideways through the water
